In practice, this means we’re committed to being a transparent, socially responsible business. We treat our clients’ money as if it were our own. We invest in the health, wellness, and professional development of our employees and partners, even (perhaps especially) during economic downturns. We are also deeply engaged in our communities, however we choose to define them. We serve on boards of directors, speak up at public meetings, and fully participate in the vibrant civic life that defines the Twin Cities region.
