We’re communications strategists, organizational change trainers, researchers, systems thinkers, and social media gurus. We pride ourselves on knowing when (and how) to listen—and when to talk back. We synthesize, not regurgitate. We push. Bottom line, we’re bridge-builders, connecting people and ideas needed to make change happen.
We’re based in Minneapolis, and we work coast-to-coast with clients large and small. Our office has really great coffee and chocolate.
